Vasunthara வசுந்தரா

Vasun is a Thamizhachi whose passion lies in making thosai from scratch, indianising any dish, and researching food histories, especially of South India and South East Asia. In her kitchen, she often whips up dishes that exemplify the intersection between food, history and culture. Vasun was a Masterchef season 2 contestant, and has specially curated a dinner experience for Rasanai, the performance affiliated with this digital museum.
