“Scar left over from my extra thumb that my parents had amputated when I was three, because they didn’t want me to face ridicule from other kids growing up. I think it was sweet and loving of them, their protectiveness, but I do believe they had nothing to fear, if they’d kept it, I would have 11 fingers to make a fist. I think that’s badass.”
